Have a new credit card number and need to update your payment method? No problem! Here are the steps to update the credit card used for your membership.
Navigate to your My account page
Select Payment methods and then Add payment method
Enter your credit card information and select Add payment method to save
On your new payment method, select Make Default.
Then on your prior payment method select Delete to remove it from the list.
Navigate to your Subscriptions page
Select Reactivate to resume your subscription
That’s it – you’re all set! Your next subscription renewal will use this new payment method. If you had a prior renewal transaction that failed with your former payment method, then it will also be re-processed within a few days.
